Product Description

Multi Rail Joint,Multi Rail Expansion Joint

Haider expansion joints includes single rail type and modular type.

Our expansion joint system allows bridge deck movements while maintaining a smooth watertight riding surface.

Engineered to last longer than the bridge deck, joints longevity comes from robust steel support system. They combine the strength to resist traffic impacts with the flexibility to accommodate various deck movements. Supported movement range is from 80 to 640 mm.

Our expansion joint system is technically and economically optimized for this movement range and is best choice for great majority of bridges.

With its simple structure in which rubber is put in between rails of steel, it can accommodate expansion and contraction due to temperature loads or impact loads of a bridge by virtue of expansion and contraction of the rubber.

With its support box bearing, the conventional assembled rail was improved to a monolithic rail, so this product has durability and stability improved over cumulative fatigue and has excellent waterproofing properties.
